This is my super easy way to bake butternut squash.
Here is the ingredient list:
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Onion (optional: garlic, mushrooms or whatever — be creative)
- Hungarian Paprika sweet or hot (or Cayenne Pepper)
Preheat oven to 225°C to 250°C (440°F to 480°F), and bake until soft when tested with a fork (30 to 40 minutes or more as required).
If you wish, or if for health reasons, you can bake without the salt and butter.
