March Snow

March Snow

After a very warm mid March, now experiencing a long term cold front. Freezing weather, and it has been snowing for the past two days. I had to pull in all my starters as it was too cold to keep them outdoors, even in a low tunnel. I do not do grow lights. Rather try to time starters so they can go outdoors, into low tunnels, once the seeds germinate. But this cold front caught me unprepared. Overall, lost a few starters, and my celery is looking a little leggy, but I should recover. Glad I bought 100 meters of garden fleece earlier this month and put them over my starters that I already planted.
