Garlic is my largest winter crop. In that while garlic is planted in the autumn to be harvested in the summer, it grows all winter.

This autumn planted garlic is the only winter plant I do not harvest over winter. I planted about 900 garlic last fall. And they will not be harvested until June of this year. Making it a summer harvested crop.

However, I also plant garlic during the winter, to be harvested in the spring. This I will cover in a second post about garlic.
