This has been an usual year. The weather especially. A very long, cold spring, then a very short hot period in June, and now again a cool period in July. Meanwhile some of my indeterminate tomatoes as of today:

Those would be great photos of tomatoes…. on June 16th.  But these were taken on July 16th. I should have been harvesting red ripe tomatoes now for weeks. Everything is 2 to 4 weeks behind here.

I added a question (?) mark to the title, because the summer is not over, it has just begun in fact. And maybe there will be a plethora of growth and fruit in August. We shall see.
