This is a photo my wife took of some of her most recent jams, jellies and preserves (mostly cherry and black mulberry). I simply haul buckets of fruit to her, and let her work her magic to make these.

Side note: My wife, upon seeing my out of focus red Kohlrabi salad in a prior post, also gave me one she made. Which is of course better. I am the builder, the digger in the dirt kind of guy. Photography is mostly me taking out of focus pictures of my finger (before digital, I wasted a lot of film and money getting out of focus images of my finger developed….. )
