November and December is a good time to add some more compost to no dig beds. I do this even if I have not fully harvested everything from that bed. Clean beds are easy to add compost to, but the bed with spouting garlic or other older plants like leeks takes a little bit more effort to work the compost around the plants. But it is a labor of love, and will pay dividends next year with an improved harvest.
