Summer is the time to cook outdoors. And that of course means cooking over a fire. And the tripod and pot over a fire (bográcsozás in Hungarian) is a traditional form of Hungarian cooking. The American cowboy will find it a familiar cooking method as well, given that the American and Hungarian plainsmen have a lot in common.
